"I came here to change myself"

I came here to change myself. As a student, I wanted to change how I learned new topics. In addition, I became a tutor for my siblings. I wanted to give them an understanding of how they should learn, not what they should learn. To enhance motivation, I believe that having a tangible reward at the end of the session can make someone look forward to any task.
