I am a nurse educator who has a passion for helping nurses and nursing students learn how to navigate their stressful and overwhelming profession. Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence and HeartMath are some of the tools I use in my classes. I’m so excited to be part of this adventure to increase my ability to learn and retain information so I will be be more effective as I present and teach.
