After taking this Quest, I've definitely experienced a noticeable improvement in my memory, in terms of names, figures, dates, & lists. Yet, while this is all impressive, I am yet to apply it to theoretical knowledge - particularly large textbooks of anatomy, physiology & pathology. So at this moment, I am not sure which techniques will be most effective when it comes to learning huge amounts of information to do with processes of patho-biological systems, & evidence-based treatment methods. But I guess there is no one way, but a combination of techniques that I'll have to experiment. I'm grateful for all these great limitless methods & techniques & am keen to see them in action in relation to my own clinical endeavours.

So I decided to begin this Quest to learn how to retain any knowledge that I've learnt for the indefinite future, especially for the sake of applying it in the clinical setting with patients.
