My Top 3 Takeaways during my Quest were: 1. Realizing that I had a brain that was smart and capable all along for learning more than I could ever imagine and to be able to apply it to my life. 2. I no longer have to fear taking on new learnings no matter how difficult. Learning is a process and practice makes progress. Mindset, Motivation and Methods are the tools I have to use now. And I just feel Super and Limitless! 3. I came to a sad realization about our brain as kids. I feel that our Superbrain should have been protected more and free of all the LIES. I was sharing this with my wife and I found myself getting upset. I can only imagine what life would be like today if our Superbrain was limitless at that early stage of our lives. But still at 53 years old, I’m grateful to have had this opportunity. By biggest positive change has been my attitude. Now, when I talk to my wife about helping Veterans I no longer say, “Oh one day.” I’m actually taking steps to making this a reality. And the best part about his new journey is that I’m not afraid of failing because failing is trying. Or better yet having a fear of succeeding as crazy as that sounds. To sum up my Quest, I’m just Super grateful to Jim and his mess that proved to be the most worthy message to all humanity.
