I have had enormous growth in my memory through Jim Kwik’s guidance and teachings; specifically the mental filing method. I am also a understanding the value of meditation from Emily Fletcher and my growth in my meditation practice through the 6 phases of meditation. I combine the two practices in my morning meditation. Although in my afternoon session I simply do the Ziva meditation technique. In all, I am making substantial personal growth in my life!
