Hello, I am a 54 year old professional symphonic musician and I have completed 1 day of the 30. I´m very happy to be enrolled in the Super Brain course and even after the few introduction videos and the 1st video of the class, I feel truly motivated and have already learned a few important skills. My motivation for taking this course is based on a few things. 1) I have a great memory for certain things like dates, events and small details like what I was wearing in a given moment 25 years ago. However, my retention is quite weak when it comes to names, phone numbers, lists etc... 2) Today is my 54th birthday and I exercise, eat healthy but I need to something for my brain health. I have noticed that my brain is not the same as it was. 3) Over the past couple of years my ability to focus has not been great and this is an essential skill for a professional performing musician. I have experienced that when I have been strong mentally, I play well. When my mind isn´t strong, I don´t play up to my true level. I look forward to the next month and I feel certain that this course will be a blessing in my life. Thank you Jim!
