"I have already had some success with Jim techniques of memorizing"

As a child and in to adulthood I have struggled with memory and attention. I have been diagnosed with ADHD which means retaining information and learning new skills is extremely hard for me. 2 years ago i suffered a brain injury which made the problems that i have had all my life even worse. As a result my mental health has suffered and I do not feel like myself. I would like to get out of this quest an improvement in memorising simple things such us names and list. Hopefully this will remove some of the daily frustration i experience and help me learn new skills and give me some peace of mind which I have not had for most of my life. I have already had some success with Jim techniques of memorizing key steps for a super brain, which he explained in his introductory video.
