"I gained confidence and was able to memorize material more easily"

Before this program I thought I had a bad memory that it will constantly be a struggle for me. But with this program I realized that I only had an untrained memory. With new techniques that I learned in the program, I gained confidence and was able to memorize material more easily. I still will require practice to make progress, but at least now I know the techniques and methods of how to train my memory. Now I can set my goals towards mastering metalearning; learning how to learn and setting a personal goal of prioritizing personal growth in my life.
