I used to suffer from severe anxiety and its first symptoms were cognitive: I used to struggle in paying attention and studying and I used to have the constant feeling of brain fog. For me this quest not only has been a defy to my belief that I don’t have an efficient brain but also part of my recovery. Thank you very much, Jim! I can’t describe how much I’m grateful to you!
