"I've noticed a diffeence in my energy"

A week ago I came across an ad for Mindvalley. I had never heard of them. I did a little research and watch a free segment with Jim Kwik. I was intrigued by the prospect of improving my memory and retaining more of what I read. I'm retired and find few opportunities to engage in stimulating conversations with people who have similar ideas and perspectives. Being in community with people who are interested in improving their lives and who are life long learners I believe will be rewarding. My interest in American history has grown since I no longer work. There are tons of facts, dates, and names I'd like to recall when dicussing or writing. A couple of things I've incorporated in my daily routines are drinking more water and journaling. I've noticed a diffeence in my energy, but it may be too soon to attribute it to these small changes. We'll see.
