"I feel I now have the tools to allow me to achieve this and work smarter, not harder, retaining a good work-life balance"

Before this program, I was getting increasingly frustrated with what I perceived as my limited capacity to learn and retain the vast amount of information that I need for my course, and also for other interests and goals that I am striving to pursue and achieve. Thanks to this program, I feel I now have the tools to allow me to achieve this and work smarter, not harder, retaining a good work-life balance. I feel as though I am only partially transformed however, but I have the confidence and drive to continue to develop the skills I learned in this quest and become unconsciously competent, maybe even masterful.
