"I am here to hopefully jump start my memory so I can learn faster and become smarter"

The reason I enrolled in this quest is to become a better learner. I took an interest in learning how to trade stocks and options a couple of years ago. So I've read a number of books and taken a dozen or so courses on the subject but I am having a hard time retaining the majority of the information after I've read it or taken a course on it. So I am here to hopefully jump start my memory so I can learn faster and become smarter.
