"I daily use the memory and speed reading exercise with clear goals"

Before this program, my retention and recall was pretty poor. I would say, that by the end of any given week I would have forgotten most of what I had read or written. I had no formal method, technique or methodology to adopt to improve. 

Since I am getting to the end of my working life, I decided to do something about it. I took the programs Superbrain and Speed Reading. 
What a difference! Not so much instant result, more a significant mindset shift. 

As the programs suggest, being passive will result in you spending time, but probably not enhancing your skills. I daily use the memory and speed reading exercise with clear goals. Goals that I believe are achievable in my suggested timescales. 

Since I completed the courses, I have scheduled reading times, I use different techniques to remember what I read. Life is certainly more fulfilling. I am very grateful for the program leads, the programs are enjoyable and the right length. Seeing is believing, and now I have the belief. Thank you.
