"I want to become more present and I want to learn how to properly train my memory to be more powerful"

I enrolled to this program in particular cause I want to boost my memory, I'm only 28 years old and I started to worry some time ago that I will grow to have alzheimers, because I started to have some troubles remembering information and my performance at work was getting affected. I think I have a very dispersed mind and personality, but with the help of mindvalley, and particularly with the superbrain quest, I want to become more present and I want to learn how to properly train my memory to be more powerful. - Ramon Lerma
