"I am super motivated to learn some techniques"

I am new in the Mindvalley Tribe, and very excited to be here.

My main reason for taking the Superbrain quest, is to train my memory. I have my greatest ideas and visions in the morning when I wake up, but have a difficult time to remember them. The problem is that if I start to write them down, I get out of flow. So I am super motivated to learn some techniques to store my thoughts, so I can write them down at a later stage.
