I joined Mindvalley because of an IG video about the Silva method and I wanted to learn about meditation and healing. That has been wonderful and self reflection. It has improved my marriage and also helped me to listen and understand other people including my customers. People feel my energy and enjoy talking to me.
I am working on Super Brain and it’s already helped me remember names and numbers and some Spanish.
I will make time to work on the homework and improve in all these things.
I also discovered the one time lessons or videos in addition to the quests.
Those are interesting because of time restraints.
