I had always struggled academically in the conventional school system. Like many people with different learning styles, there was a disconnect in the way that I processed information and the way that the public school system was designed in the 80s/90s. I have always been a creative excelling in artistic endeavors, but never considered myself to be "book-smart". It wasn't until I was in my early twenties when I began to get into music production. This led me to study audio engineering. At this point is where I began to realize that creativity allowed me to push through distraction and learn technical skill sets that I had thought were out of my reach. Around this time is when the world began to change into this information age that we now live in. Today was my first day of the 34 and I am excited to really learn how to learn! I am looking forward to applying these techniques to language learning, musicianship, film/photo, writing, muay Thai, marketing and entrepreneurship.
