I just started the program yesterday and already I have seen improvement in my ability to recall after following a few tips suggested by Jim. After watching a few videos, I am developing more positive thoughts about how I see myself and my capabilities. I am extremely excited and motivated about the anticipated transformation at the end of the 30 day journey.
