"I left the Spiritual Summit feeling expanded, steadier and more aligned with the mission"

During the MindValley Spiritual Summit, something extraordinary happened! Not just inside me, but inside my family. Allow me to explain;)

I was visiting my parents over Thanksgiving when the Summit was held and for the first time ever, my parents stepped with me into this world of evolution and consciousness!! It was an incredible surprise and gift after almost 20 years of my self-development journey, a journey they had never really understood or participated in!

My mom, a very proud realist and lifelong skeptic of anything “woo or personal development” was with me through multiple sessions, including Dawn’s activation. She wasn’t distracted, resistant or politely enduring it. She was present, engaged, taking notes and visibly moved.

My 93-year-old father, who is naturally already calm and steady however has never experienced anything like this work, joined as well! To share this experience with them, to watch them feel the energy work, breath and receive alongside me was one of the most meaningful gifts and ESPECIALLY after my sister Jacqueline who was my “woo partner in crime” and their first born, passing last year!! It felt like healing for our whole lineage and that SHE was present to make it happen;)

Watching both of them participate, truly present, truly with me was (and will forever be;) a connection and healing memory I will never forget and cherish always. It felt like the universe allowed us to share a moment of coherence that was unexpected and profoundly meaningful.

I can not understate how it felt like perfect divine timing, almost as if the universe arranged the entire experience around one central truth I wrote in my journal that week:

“My destiny isn’t hiding from me — it’s simply bigger than what my current system can hold. Expansion requires capacity.”

That coherence comes from aligning with who I already am, not who I’m trying to become.
 That movement from potentiality to actuality requires release by letting go of what’s in the way.

And then came Vishen’s Quantum Leap Visualization.

I didn’t expect it to hit me the way it did. It was exactly what I needed, exactly when I needed it. It felt like a direct transmission!! A doorway opening inside me. I saw a future version of myself with absolute clarity! The version I’ve been circling around, preparing for, almost remembering.

Over the years, Mindvalley has been a powerful thread in my growth. I remember back in my darkest moments in the early 2010’s learning from so many of your teachers such as Emily Fletcher who taught me how to meditate over 13 years ago, Lisa Nichols, Jim Kwik, Neale Donald Walsch, Dr. Shefali and Marisa Peer while attending Michael Beckwith’s Agape services here in Los Angeles that guided me through those incredibly difficult years. Mindvalley has deepened my connection to these incredible visionaries and introduced me to many new voices as well such as Reagan Hillyer and most recently Lee Holden, Marie Diamond and the unbelievably dynamic Dawn Hoang during this past Spiritual Summit experience. So this isn’t new for me and more a continuation of a path I’ve been walking with devotion, courage and curiosity for many years now.

This incredible journey has helped me through grief, depression, reinvention to heal from anxiety, build confidence, elevate as an actor and step into my calling as an author, speaker and teen confidence coach I am today.

Lee Holden’s teachings especially resonated centering around the goal of cultivating effortless ease, the understanding that resistance to the moment creates stress and the power of slowing down the breath to transform the entire nervous system.

The sessions cracked something open in me. I felt myself remembering, again and again, who I am meant to be: A confident magnifier, a manifestor, a guide and a vessel for the next level of service.
 I left the Spiritual Summit feeling expanded, steadier and more aligned with the mission I’m building for teens, parents, educators, and families. It helped me dissolve old versions of myself so my highest self can lead.

But the truth is… 

I feel ready in a way I have never felt before.
 
 Ready to elevate.
 Ready to expand.
 Ready to fully embody the version of me I saw in Vishen’s visualization.
 Ready to serve the teens and families I’m called to support at the highest level.

I’m now in a season of building something that feels soul-assigned. I’m in the early stages of building transformational programs for teens, parents and schools. Helping teens overcome anxiety, transform fear, build emotional self-trust and reconnect with their potential with confidence and courage is the mission I’m committed to do in service as an actor. I know in my heart this is my life’s work although truth be told, financially, the past couple of years have been extremely unpredictable as I’ve stepped into entrepreneurship full-time and creating these programs from the ground up.

The work is powerful. It’s purpose-driven. And it requires me to stay in the highest possible alignment so I can guide my Younglings as I call them with clarity and integrity.

A Mindvalley Scholarship would not simply support my growth and evolution, but it would directly empower the next generations in the young people and families I serve. Everything I learn amplifies my ability to teach, guide and create emotional tools that change lives. 

I would love to continue learning inside Mindvalley and have long awaited the opportunity to one day attend Mindvalley Summer University immersing myself in the global community of people who are consciously creating a better world. I know in my bones that Mindvalley is part of my next chapter. It’s the aligned environment I’ve been searching for to anchor my highest self, sharpen my tools and expand my capacity to serve.

Receiving a Mindvalley Membership this year would bring me closer to my mission to help every family, teen, school and community I’m working to uplift. I am committed to showing up fully. To stop waiting for permission. To continue dissolving the old version of myself so the energy of who I already am can lead. This summit reminded me to continue being the energy of who I already am as a doorway not just for me but for my family, my mission and the next generation I’m committed to empowering.

Mindvalley has always felt like a home base for my growth and this summit felt like a cosmic nudge pointing me back into coherence with my highest self. I would be deeply grateful for the opportunity to continue my growth, expand my impact and step into the activated version of Jovanna I’m becoming.

This summit gave me something I didn’t know I needed at this moment and I’d be profoundly honored to continue the journey with Mindvalley.
