It was a weekend of happiness, no other way to describe it. I spent those two days in a state of elation that hasn’t yet worn off, two weeks later, and I don’t expect it to. I am relatively new to the wonderful world that Vishen created with Mindvalley, so for me it was more about discovery than learning - I watched with child-like wonder these wonderful masters of their individual fields sharing with us snippets of their expertise. And yet, I was transformed, not just my mood and general sense of potentiality but, through Vishen’s quantum jump, I got to experience myself pain-free, and coming back I took with me a much greater sense of health. I did not grow cartilage in my knees overnight, although I do walk a bit better. I was freed though of my mid-back pain, which I had been experiencing for longer than I can remember, most mornings having to spend at least 20 min in bed wriggling around in pain until I could stand up - the morning after that session I woke up back-pain free. It feels magical, and it probably was - thank you Vishen.
