Before the Mindvalley Spiritual Summit, I had spent years on my path of personal growth and spiritual awakening. Most recently, I’d been focused on manifesting financial abundance and calling in my soulmate. Honestly, I didn’t think I would attend the Summit when the email first came through. But a few days later, something nudged me - strongly - and I changed my mind. I’m incredibly grateful that I did.
The Summit turned out to be a profoundly powerful and fascinating 2-day experience. I loved immersing myself in the teachings of the Spiritual Masters as they shared their journeys, their wisdom, and their passion. A clear thread ran through every session; the reminder that the spiritual journey begins within. When we reconnect with ourselves, we tap into the energy of our unlimited potential. In a world overflowing with noise, distraction, and overthinking, learning to feel into my body and trust my intuition opened a doorway to expansion I didn’t even know was there.
Two moments from the Summit changed everything for me, each building on the other.
During Regan Hillyer’s Blueprint Activation meditation, I leaned fully into the experience, and a profound energetic release moved through my entire body. It felt like coming home to myself; a re-connection to my life-force that left me deeply relaxed, grounded, and astonished by the power of what had just happened. When I came back out of that state, I felt refreshed, energised, and honestly a little in awe.
Then came Day 2 - and the moment that transformed me.
Dawn Hoang’s Kundalini Activation session was the most extraordinary experience of my life. I had mild expectations after the impact of Regan’s session, but they were completely blown away. What I felt was the most powerful somatic energy release I’ve ever experienced - intense, beautiful, healing, and lasting several minutes longer than the activation before. I could feel something shift inside me in real time.
And what followed in the days after was even more incredible.
I’m certain I’m a different person after that weekend. I feel more connected to my body than ever before. My relationships with my family have begun healing in ways I didn’t think possible. And synchronicities have been flowing into my life with a sense of ease and alignment I’d never experienced. Even when challenges come up, I now move through them with a grounded confidence and clarity that feel entirely new.
The Spiritual Summit didn’t just inspire me - it changed me.
I’m hopeful that I can continue this journey through the upcoming Spiritual Mastery programme… and if it’s meant to be, I trust the Universe will help make it happen.
