Since doing the quest I am constantly thinking of how I can use my voice every time to inspire the people around me and persons who are feeling a bit down. I think about what I can say to uplift them in that moment. Happy energy is definitely contagious. 
I think Lisa is definitely the BEST person to teach someone to be an excellent platform speaker but her course is also so useful for everyday life and for helping the mission for unity consciousness.
