The biggest change for me has been the ability to be comfortable with being vulnerable.
Before this programme, I was frozen at the idea of opening up to people. I was frozen at the idea of sharing vulnerabilities, but also successes in my life. So, let's celebrate the success of completing this quest and feeling a different person altogether.
Thanks to this programme, I have learnt how to tell stories and I have overcome my imposter syndrome and belief that I am not a good story-teller.
Thanks to this programme, I know that I want to be a transformational speaker, whether I communicate to 1 person, 10 people, 1,000 people or 10,000 people.
And now in my life there is more ease, better relationships and increased confidence.
