I had no expectations when I signed up for the class and was pleasantly surprised at a few takeaway breakthroughs that I had from the class. I do not aspire to be a public speaker; I was challenged to do something like this from my mentor; to step out of my comfort zone and I shocked her by signing up for this course and completing it. The biggest gain was the depth of the breakthrough of day 7 – what has fear cost you? So powerful.
