I have learned about the cost of believing in fear, how to speak my authentic truth in a powerful and positive way, i learned how to be vulnerable and that i have nothing to protect, nothing to improve, nothing to hide, nothing to defend. Lisa also taught me how to love myself through mirror work and gave me tools to be on stage in front of thousands of people !
