"Thanks to Dave and "Smarter Not Harder," I now have a sleep ritual that allows me to unwind so I can sleep deeper"

Before taking "Smarter Not Harder," I was biohacking without knowing I was biohacking but none of the biohacks I was doing seem to stick. There was a sense of me being forced into doing them and I didn't get much pleasure from doing these hacks, although I have to admit that they did work.
When the opportunity for me to learn biohacking from the father of biohacking arose, I took it; mainly because I wanted to learn how to biohack more systematically and responsibly. Dave Asprey is an amazing teacher with such an incredible depth of knowledge. On top of that, he is friendly, open, and vulnerable to share his life journey that led him toward all of these amazing life-changing biohacks. I always felt like I was at the edge of my seat wanting to learn more from him. 
Thanks to Dave and "Smarter Not Harder," I now have a sleep ritual that allows me to unwind so I can sleep deeper. Since I have had more sleep, I have been feeling better, having more energy, and becoming more in touch with my emotions. Dave's biohacks are so simple, yet they have worked so wonderfully well for me.
