I will be reviewing my notes from each session now and put together a list as to what I want to attack. Infrared sauna, more meditation & yoga, minerals & vitamins and writing out what I'll be doing when I'm 150 yrs old will be my first stage then I'll go from there. I highly recommend this quest to anyone looking to live their best life!
