Prior to participating in this program, my understanding of hormones, their balance, and importance was limited. However, through the guidance of David, I have gained significant knowledge and a fresh perspective on achieving my goals. I now realize the significance of working smarter, not harder, and have discarded the notion that hard work is the sole determinant of results. I am grateful to David for introducing me to bio-hacking, and I am eager to continue exploring it further in the future.
