After completing Vishen's program "Becoming Limitless" I was curious to read Jose Silva's method book and get deeper into the practice of it. At the time I was battling a variety of health problems and although I was successfully healing my self already, using Silva's technique allowed me to not only heal my body but heal my mind. It helped and unleashed a dormant force of self-healing abilities that all humans possess and allowed me to tap into an amazing source of energy which I use daily in life, music, and my holistic practice <3
