Hello, I have always struggled with letting go of my past. A past littered with molestation, abuse, poverty, and neglect yet somehow I was able to raise my child as a teenager alone. This being was my reason for life and still is to this day however now with greater clarity and perspective.
Vishen's Mindvalley found me in 2015 or 2016, I was still struggling internally, and somewhat successful in the outside world. Late in 2016, my life hit rock bottom with tragedy appeared in my family, this event has permanently severed the family.
To cope with the dynamics I began drinking heavily, and at the same time began meditating. The simple yet profound act of asking for help from Higher Intelligence saved me.
I began reading authors I learned from Mindvalley and the paradigm shift began again. Financially I could not afford any of the classes then but recently while listening to Esther Hicks (my daily routine) on YouTube Vishen's message of the upcoming course Ultramind System was shown.
At that point, I knew I would find a way to purchase the course because now is the time.
The Silva Ultramind System is nothing short of miraculous and life-changing for me. During the past 28 days, I have learned to harness more peace and calm during meetings at work.
Before this course, I would get choked up when having to speak. I would perspire, fidget, and forget my key points to share. As of yesterday, in an even larger meeting than usual, I felt the normal anxiety rising, yet I was able to breathe and use the 3 2 1 count to settle myself and then to speak clearly and effectively!!! This is huge for me because I have struggled with my confidence and communication in my profession of which I am typically the only person of color in the department and many times within the company.
