I had undertaken the Silva Mind Control programme previously with Nightingale Conent but this Silva Ultramind has changed my life. The first notable change was that I used the 3 scenes technique to cure my psoriasis. The GP was prescribing stronger and stronger cortisone ointment but it had no effect. I used the techniques in Silva and my psoriasis went in a week and has not returned. This was over a year ago and there is no sign I ever had it.
