Thanks to Vishen for this silva ultra mind class . This class was very special to me .i am a silva graduate from 1994.my mother inspired me to this course. She did the silva ultra mind course directly from Jose silva when Jose silva came to visit Bangladesh that time . I wanted to do the silva ultramind course but this course was not practiced in my country like the regular silva course . In my mind I really wanted to do this class then but I became busy in my life and didn’t practice Silva in my life much . Recently I was wanting to revise this silva meditation and I found mind valley! It’s amazing . Now I moved to Toronto and settled here For 5 years .My kids are grown up. I wanted to fix many problems for them and myself and I found this method again !! And i loved the way Vishen organised these episodes. It’s not tiring , brief ,to the point And informative . Just what I wanted to hear. Thank you so much for this beautiful program that you have made . I am so thrilled to get it all back.
