Before I started this program, I did not know that there was such a thing as Active Meditation. Being a meditator for a very long time, I go to deep state easily but have never used these states to produce results in my life. This approach is very new to me, and I am delighted that I am on the path to discovering "living by intent." I cannot wait to learn more, mostly because there are so many things in my life, and in the life of my loved ones, that I would love to improve and help.
I am eager to develop a routine with a focus on intuition, creativity, abundance, healing, spirituality. I awake at 4 AM, sit up and meditate. I want to repeat it again at 1 PM and 8 PM, before I go to bed. It is now a gift to my peace and wellbeing. I have been waiting a long time to get to this point.
Meditation with purpose in now my focus, and I guard it as my personal time-an appointment with my higher power. I will add to my story as I learn and experience more.
