Right before I began this program I was seeking something to give me relief from much of the dismal news I was receiving related to the family at home (in the U.S) and failing at all the usual methods used to unwind, relax, and get centered. I had seen many advertisements regarding Mindvalley and my September birthday was my ticket into the 28-day program. I was excited to be doing something that was healing and bringing better energy to my life. I was focusing, getting centered and learning tons of great information from the special guests that were invited on the platform. The daily exercises were like perfectly structured building blocks to get me to where I was meant to go. Journaling and sharing with others was quite helpful and created a space safe to share. While in the program, my sense of smell that had been dimmed for years came back more sensitive than ever. This had been a long time emotional block that I was not even aware that had affected me. My left elbow had been swollen but not painful went back to normal size in a few days. I got an opportunity to make realistic goals that touch, move, and inspire me to take action. Then I had the opportunity to do it again. The most powerful experience was not just realizing but experiencing how connected I am to others and that I can intentionally affect their lives positively. This turned out to be the best birthday gift I could ever give myself. The knowledge, tools, and experiences are taking a trajectory in to a realm of possibility I never thought possible.
