Hello everyone, The Silva program came in my life during these extremely challenging times of Covid.
I am into regular Yoga & Meditation since 2015. Personally, Silva method made me understand the difference between Static & Dynamic meditations.
I have been very intuitive right from an early age, however, never explored it in such a big way.
Silva method has given me an affirmation and a much-needed clarity & confidence. It has opened up a completely different dimension, which has given me a clear picture and purpose of life.
On this 28th and final day of the course, I can say that I am a very confident person and experiencing the magic of my life. I have also realized that this quest has worked on my ego and I am more grounded. Thanks to Jośe Silva & Vishen and everyone who made this quest possible.
