The Silva training was a very interesting, enlightening experience for me. Before I took this training I had already tried out different meditation and body awareness practices to become more attuned to my inner wisdom and intuition, but the Silva UltraMind technique made me sink in much deeper. You need to have an open mind throughout, because some of the exercises of visualization go far beyond what you can comprehend with your intellect alone. But I guess that is why it is so powerful. It opens you up to different sensory experiences and a stronger sense of connection with all this is. Since the training, I've been better able to make decisions that I would usually perceive as difficult or stressful with a great sense of inner peace. It helped me move into a space of trust, simply by practicing the visualization technique that's taught. And for that I am very grateful.
