Before the program my spirit was near my body instead of being in my body and it was not compfortable I often was tired with a feeling of heavyness with some little hackes from time to time i my body Now that I use this technic I feel right in my body and well, I refund a lot of energy and my eyes can see better each time I finish visualisation Also, for I have now a better understanding of how the mind work and that I am not my mind but the one that drives it and choose his shape, I can take responsability of all Things and situations I create and set me free from victimisation for real I AM AWARE THAT I AM THE CREATOR OF WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME It is a new point of view and awareness based not on theory but on the experience that happened throughout this quest : Perception of the objectiv and subjectiv reality thanks to a new position of a new point of view to observe and perceive wich is the alpha or theta level of mind I can really say that It's a new day, it'a new life and I am feeling good !!!!
