Thanks to higher intelligence for guiding me towards this program. It has been an amazing journey. In the start it was little difficult to follow and project but as it progressed exercises become easy. I am now in the path of self realisation, forgiving more, expecting less although its hard sometimes. I will definitely recommend this program to anyone feeling stressed and lost.
