I would and do recommend the Silva to everyone. I can not believe what a change the simple exercises can make. There is not anyone that couldn't benefit from the information, gift of knowledge, that has been passed on through this system. There isn't anything in this life that could change my feelings about what amazing changes this system can teach people to do. It's worth every cent and every minute you invest.
