Before this program I hadn't heard of dynamic meditation. Now I do the short relaxation exercise daily. I also find myself sharing the short relaxation exercise with my other half who finds it meaningful. While my motives for embarking on this journey were strictly personal, I find that the case working gives me the opportunity to help others and that is what gives my life more meaning.
