My self improvement journey started in 2010 when something changed in me after reading Think and Grow Rich. I attempted to use the principles in the book to get myself from a veterinary job in Malaysia to singapore and in 3 months migrating to Australia. I self development stopped after reaching Australia as I though I reached my desired destination, that was a mistake.
Eventually my self discovery journey started again on February 2024 after I injured my back severely to the extent that I was in chronic back pain all the time and inability to walk normally. I suddenly became a burden to my young family, unable to carry my 3 years old daughter or help with anything at home, I stopped working and the income stopped.
This is when I came across Mindvalley platform on Facebook and signed up as a member as I was looking for an alternative way to improve. I came across Silva healing methods and they helped me heal, at least I think it helped me to heal along with the rest and pain medications. I managed to get better and walk better without surgical procedure that was recommended by the specialist by November 2024. I was fascinated with the self-improvement contents that I could find in Mindvalley site.
Eventually, I enrolled in Money coaching program as I know I need to improve my money psychology and mind set. I learned a lot about my self and changed a lot of my limiting money mindset and looking forwards to inspire and help people like me to change their money mind set and change their lives to better.
Through this program I can recognise my limiting beliefs, be aware of it and change the belief to get better in life.
