Before doing the challenge of the Silva ultra mental control method, I was not sure how to solve problems that were presented to me and that frustrated me a lot. In the challenge I learned a lot and solved my problem of not knowing how to solve problems thanks to the challenge of the Silva Method. Now I know how to solve problems how to further develop my intuition, my desires, goals and Purpose. I also really appreciate Vishen for sharing knowledge and being an Extraordinary mentor. I am very happy with what I learned, I will continue practicing and I will also teach what I learned.
