Before this program, I was looking for a new way of meditating that would bring more peace and calm into my day-to-day life during a challenging time. I enrolled because I loved the idea of active meditation and healing because I do believe I am a healer.
This program has already helped me heal and function better and also helped me in public presentations and performances. I so value that I can calm and quiet my mind anytime with the 3,2,1 method and use my intuition to tell me what is true. I have a much better daily routine and I trust that this will continue to work and my skills will grow. I am still working on success with cases, and am excited to see where this journey takes me.
