Before lock down I was suffering from anxiety and depression, triggered by a horrible insomnia. I was also working 48 h a week and 60-70 h a week during the summer. I felt my life wasn't worth it and I felt miserable and guilty, just because of that. When we got into lock down, I discovered Mindvalley. I started to watch and listening to the videos and my eyes and mind opened as wasn't ever before. I am very into spirituality and motivation, but this people was another level and I realised I wanted that. So now that my company is gong to make us redundant, I want to take the advantage to take time for me, to think, to decide what I need to do next, and I hope this course will help me to achieve this and many other things.
