"I am much more focused in me and how to be good to me"

Before this program, I felt a bit lost, no direction, unsure of who or what to trust. Now taking this course I am much more focused in me and how to be good to me as well as discovering some weird and wonderful insight into my own mindful capabilities. 
Have experienced calm and peaceful meditation, so many coincidences during the sessions and in my daily life and using the 3 screen technique have definitely worked. 
I will continuously use the methods taught and aid this to help get me back on track the positive motivated person I am
