Before I took this quest, I was troubled with stress, some anxiety & a little insomnia. I was looking for the 6 phase meditation I had once used many years ago. I found Mindvalley & made the decision to take a leap of faith for more self awareness in this Silva Ultramind quest. I am feeling amazed at what has occurred. Situations that would have overcome me previously, I have sailed right through. I am more confident, joyous & have no insomnia. I have found my authentic intuition is strong & with practice, who knows what I shall accomplish! Thank You Mindvalley.
