I have been meditating for years and working with mindbody practices. Even though I am a Wellness professional and have tons of tools which I use, I still at times am challenged with energy blocks around the level of health, happiness and success I desire. Without knowing I was looking for something while scrolling through my facebook feed, I found the Silva Ultramind presentation and Mindvalley, and signed up for the masterclass the next morning. Feeling particularly down over some big recent losses that day, my first experience produced such a positive shift in my mood and energy, I immediately enrolled in the course.. So simple, so powerful. Now I'm on day 2 and each time I practice I feel better and more centered and in a better place. I look forward to the transformation and journey to unfold!
