I'm noticing that when I get into deep altered states (in the past it's been mostly while doing bodywork in silence and flowing with energy moving through myself and the person I'm working on) creative ideas and thoughts move through me more clearly and effortlessly.
Capturing them on paper or by sharing them or implementing them has been the tricky part.
I look forward to prioritizing and creating these states more intentionally to be able to implement and follow though with them for business and personal expansion.
I've been good at coming up with ideas, less inclined/ able to implement or follow through because it's easy for me to get excited and distracted by the next thing in front of me.
