"After taking this Quest I feel like meditation is something that I can do"

Before this Quest I have tried different types of meditations but I was just getting angry on myself because I was falling asleep and this wasn’t the point of those meditations. 
After taking this Quest I feel like meditation is something that I can do. I feel the difference between my Beta state of mind and my Alfa mind frequency. 
Thx to this Quest I have started to understand what actually is going on with me and I am sure that this is one of the reasons why this type of meditation works for me when the others didn’t until now.
