"Each moment has become even more consciously precious with this course"

It so happens I was among friends/colleagues yesterday evening celebrating one of the birthdays, and a lady friend came right out and said (paraphrasing): "why you always sound so sensual...sexual...(trying to find, or correct her words as some 12 people are now focused on her next words)...its like ecstasy the way you express yourself...I don't know the exact words to use..." At this point, I had to interject as the jokes, and the laughs started with JnWilly is on ecstasy folks! etc. So, I told them how these meditations have practically become fuel of ecstasy for me; and as I do them daily, I consciously, and gratefully enjoy getting into the flow be it with my guitar, conscious breathing, singing, walking, coaching, teaching, you name it! Each moment has become even more consciously precious with this course, and yes, I did notice some sort of a permanent smile on my face these days (smile)! To know that there is so much more to come is in itself a very joyful thought to behold. Wishing everyone the best with all my heart! (and yes, see you in meditation land!).
